All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after the order is confirmed.
Products are shipped from Serbia via courier service.

Delivery time depends on the destination and usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Complaints

If you are not satisfied with your order or there is any issue with the product, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving the package.

Returns or exchanges are accepted provided that:

  • the product has not been worn or damaged
  • the product is returned in its original condition

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the issue occurred due to our mistake.
